Connecticut

The Mansion at Bald Hill – Woodstock, CT

Tucked away in Connecticut’s Quiet Corner, The Mansion at Bald Hill combines historic elegance with modern amenities. The property features manicured ceremony gardens, a spacious patio with a fireplace and fountain, and a grand ballroom that can host up to 230 guests. Site fees range from $3,500 to $4,500 for May through November, and from $1,750 to $2,500 in the off-season months of December through April. Catering packages cost between $60 and $95 per person, with open bar service estimated at $32 per person.

Eolia Mansion at Harkness Memorial State Park – Waterford, CT

Eolia Mansion is a stately 42-room property surrounded by sweeping seaside gardens. Available for weddings from mid-April through mid-October, the venue offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces with water views. Rental fees start at $5,100 for Saturdays, and $3,800 for weekday weddings.

Haley Mansion at the Inn at Mystic – Mystic, CT

Set on 14 landscaped acres with sweeping views of Mystic Harbor and Fishers Island Sound, the Haley Mansion combines historic elegance with a full-service wedding experience. Wedding packages are priced at $140, $155, or $175 per person, each including a five-hour reception with a four-hour open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and plated dinner service, with menu offerings increasing by package tier. Prices are subject to a 22% service charge and Connecticut sales tax. Room blocks are available, with seasonal rates ranging from $119–$319 per night depending on day of the week, room type, and season. Children’s meals are $30 and vendor meals are $35.

Pinecroft Estate – Thompson, CT

Pinecroft Estate offers a rustic yet elegant barn venue with seating for up to 125 guests and full wedding coordination included. For 2025–2026, the site fee is $4,000 for a five-hour reception, which includes the onsite ceremony, tables, cross-back wooden chairs, linens, and access to the bridal suite and groom’s room. Food service is $135 per person, including hors d’oeuvres and a plated dinner, with a 75-guest minimum. Beverage service is charged by consumption, averaging $34–$63 per person for a five-hour reception, with a champagne toast included. All food and beverage are subject to a 7.35% Connecticut tax and a 20% service charge.


Maine

Arabella Estate – Buxton, ME

Set on scenic grounds with a restored Victorian home and a spacious rustic barn, Arabella Estate offers three distinct wedding packages. The Platinum Package is a three-day celebration with exclusive use of the barn, accommodations for up to 20 overnight guests, multiple ceremony sites, and full amenities, priced at $15,500 peak season or $13,500 off-season in 2025, and $16,500 peak or $14,500 off-season in 2026. The Gold Package offers a full-day barn rental (excluding house and pool) for up to 125 guests at $9,000 in 2025 or $10,000 in 2026. The Silver Package is a half-day barn rental for up to 50 guests at $5,000 in 2025 or $6,000 in 2026.


Massachusetts

The Estate at Moraine Farm – Beverly, MA

Overlooking Wenham Lake, Moraine Farm offers a historic estate setting with both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. The 2025–2026 site fee for Saturday weddings is $9,000 during peak season and $7,000 off-peak, with Friday and Sunday rates at $8,000 peak and $6,000 off-peak. All weddings require Fireside Catering, with menu pricing starting at $140 per person. The venue rental includes a six-hour reception, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and use of the getting-ready suites. Additional fees apply for ceremonies on-site.

The Mansion on Turner Hill – Ipswich, MA

With its grand Elizabethan-style architecture and formal gardens, The Mansion on Turner Hill is a striking wedding location. The property offers a seasonal tent for large gatherings of up to 220 guests as well as an intimate ballroom. May–October rates are $8,000 for Fridays, $11,000 for Saturdays, and $5,000 for weekdays, with a $2,000 ceremony fee. Off-season pricing ranges from $3,000 to $7,000 in November–April, and $2,000 to $5,000 in January–March.

Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate – Canton, MA

This historic estate features formal gardens, sweeping lawns, and a tented reception space for up to 180 guests. For Fridays, the food minimum is $11,500, with a $4,000 venue rental fee and $3,000 tent fee. Saturdays require a $17,000 food minimum, $6,000 venue rental fee, and $3,000 tent fee. Holiday Sundays follow Saturday rates, while regular Sundays have an $11,500 food minimum, $3,400 venue rental fee, and $3,000 tent fee. Ceremony fees are $750 and include 30 minutes of guest arrival time prior to the start. All food charges incur a 12% gratuity, 6% administrative fee, and 7% sales tax (gratuity excluded). Fireside Catering is the exclusive provider, and the food minimum covers menu costs only—alcohol, rentals, taxes, gratuity, and additional fees are separate.

Crane Estate – Ipswich, MA

The Crane Estate offers three distinct event locations: The Great House, the Barn, and Steep Hill Beach. The Great House provides a grand historic mansion backdrop, while the Barn delivers a more rustic charm, and Steep Hill Beach offers a relaxed coastal lawn setting. For 2025, peak-season Saturday site fees at the Great House are $14,000, with Fridays/Sundays at $12,000; off-peak rates are $10,000 and $8,000. The Barn’s peak-season Saturday fee is $7,000, with Fridays/Sundays at $6,000; off-peak rates are $5,000 and $4,000. Steep Hill Beach rentals range from $900–$1,225 for the venue fee depending on lawn and day, plus food and beverage minimums of $1,500 (weekdays) to $6,500 (weekends/holidays). Fireside Catering is the exclusive provider for all venues, with menu pricing starting around $150 per person at the Great House and Barn. Food and beverage minimums vary by space and season—for example, the Great House has $21,000–$26,000 minimums and the Barn has $15,000–$18,000 minimums in peak months. All catering and beverage charges are subject to a 17% administrative fee and applicable taxes.

Endicott Estate – Dedham, MA

Set on 18 acres just outside Boston, the Endicott Estate offers a historic mansion with elegant interiors and sprawling lawns. Rental fees for weddings from May through December range from $2,000 for Monday–Thursday events to $4,200 for Saturdays (including holiday Sundays and July 4). From January through April, rates run $1,500 for Monday–Thursday up to $3,200 for Saturdays and holiday Sundays. All rentals include five hours of estate use, tables and chairs, a private suite an hour before the event, and staff assistance. Additional time is available at $500 per hour.


New Hampshire

The John Hay Estate at The Fells – Newbury, NH

The Fells offers a historic 22-room Colonial Revival mansion, event pavilion, and manicured gardens for weddings. Ceremony-only rentals are $3,000 for under 100 guests or $4,000 for 100 or more (two hours maximum after 4 p.m.). Reception-only rentals are $7,000 for under 100 guests or $8,500 for 100 or more. A combined ceremony and reception is $10,000 for under 100 guests or $12,000 for 100 or more, with a 4:30–10:30 p.m. rental window. All packages include use of the grounds, select mansion rooms, and tables and chairs for up to 200 guests.


Rhode Island

Blithewold Mansion, Gardens & Arboretum – Bristol, RI

Blithewold hosts weddings from May through October with sweeping bay views from its 10-acre Great Lawn and an elegant on-site tent. For 2025–2026, reception rental fees are $13,500 for Fridays, $13,795 for Saturdays and holiday Sundays in May or October, and $17,295 for Saturdays and holiday Sundays from June through September. Non-holiday Sundays and weekdays are $8,495. A 30-minute ceremony in the North Garden is $2,350, which includes rehearsal, white chairs, and staffing. Catering is exclusively provided by Blackstone Caterers, with a sample “Elite” package for 150 guests—including menu, raw bar, artisan cheese, mini desserts, open bar, staffing, equipment, and linens—estimated at $55,782 (about $372 per person). The five-hour venue rental includes exclusive estate use, the wedding tent with hard flooring and lighting for up to 180 guests, tables, dance floor, and a bridal suite, with tent extensions for larger events available for $4,500. A $750 security guard fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit apply.

Aldrich Mansion – Warwick, RI

This French chateau-style estate sits on 70 acres of waterfront property, offering a grand ballroom, historic chapel, and sweeping views of Narragansett Bay. At its highest, the venue fee is $12,500 for a Saturday May – October, and drops down to $6,000 for a Saturday in April, November or December. Food packages start at $138.95 per person and can include antipasto, pasta stations, and entrée upgrades. Vegetarian meals are $74.95, vegan $54.95, and children’s plates $27.95, with an additional 22% service charge, 7% sales tax, and 1% food and beverage tax.

Rosecliff Mansion – Newport, RI

This Gilded Age showpiece offers ornate ballrooms, sweeping staircases, and terraces with ocean views. Available only to members of The Preservation Society of Newport County, 2026 rental rates range from $16,000 in winter to $40,000 for peak-season weekends, plus $4,000 for preparation and clean-up. House tables and chairs are available for $20 and $16 each, with specialty rentals extra. Staffing is required, with attendants and custodians at $36/hour and police or firefighter coverage at $80/hour when needed.
