Ceremony & Reception Costs at Foxfire Mountain House
Foxfire offers two distinct wedding packages: a Full Wedding Weekend for up to 140 guests and a more Intimate Wedding Experience for up to 40 guests. Both include exclusive use of the property’s 10.5 acres from Friday to Sunday, accommodations for 38 overnight guests, and catering provided by Foxfire’s in-house team.
There are a few spaces that you can host your ceremony & reception, depending on your package. The Main House + Grounds: Exclusive access to the inn, outdoor lawns, gardens, fire pits, and indoor gathering spaces for up to 140 guests. The Intimate Wedding Package still allows full access to the grounds, but it is not exclusive. Both packages include multiple indoor and outdoor celebration options, flexibility for rehearsal dinners, and cozy guest accommodations for up to 38 people.

How much could your total wedding cost be if you got married at the Foxfire Mountain House?
Given the minimum requirements, a full wedding weekend at Foxfire Mountain House will be at least $80,000 including the venue fee and food & beverage minimum. If you go for an intimate wedding package, this will be significantly cheaper with a $37,000 minimum spend.
When you factor in everything — from venue fees to vendor costs — Tulle Together’s Cost Forecast Tool projects that the total budget of a wedding at the Foxfire Mountain House could land around $150,000, depending on your guest count (this estimates the minimum spend on a peak-season Saturday), design scope, and other vendor selections. This estimate factors in a range of typical wedding expenses beyond the venue & catering itself, helping couples get a realistic view of what their wedding might actually cost before making any commitments. Of course, someone could spend more or less than this (especially if you go with off-season pricing and less guests!) – but it’s an average estimate for what that total wedding cost could look like.

The Cost Forecast Tool is just one of Tulle Together’s budgeting resources. On the website, you’ll find a variety of budget tools designed to help couples plan out their total wedding costs before they book anything. Whether you’re estimating expenses, tracking your spending, or looking for real venue pricing, Tulle Together’s tools provide a transparent approach to wedding budgeting—so you can plan confidently and avoid unexpected surprises. Couples love Foxfire Mountain House for its bohemian-meets-modern charm, all-inclusive feel, and the rare opportunity to host guests for an immersive wedding weekend in the Catskills. With on-site catering, lodging, and thoughtful planning support, it simplifies logistics compared to piecing together a wedding across multiple venues.
That said, Foxfire does come with significant minimums, making it best suited for couples prepared for a $90K+ budget for a full wedding weekend. For smaller weddings, the intimate package offers a more budget-friendly way to enjoy the property’s exclusivity.
