How much could your total wedding cost be if you got married at Commodore Perry Estate?

Based on Commodore Perry Estate‘s required in-house services, required minimums for a peak Saturday and regional vendor averages, a wedding with 100 guests could land around $188,000, depending on your design and vendor choices. This estimate includes the venue rental fee and minimums.

When you factor in everything — from venue fees to vendor costs — Tulle Together’s Cost Forecast Tool projects that the total budget of a wedding at Commodore Perry Estate could land around $188,000, depending on your guest count (this estimates the spend based on 100 guests on a peak-season Saturday), design scope, and other vendor selections. This estimate factors in a range of typical wedding expenses beyond the venue & catering itself, helping couples get a realistic view of what their wedding might actually cost before making any commitments. Of course, someone could spend more or less than this (especially if you go with off-season pricing and less guests!) – but it’s an average estimate for what that total wedding cost could look like.

The Cost Forecast Tool is just one of Tulle Together’s budgeting resources. On the website, you’ll find a variety of budget tools designed to help couples plan out their total wedding costs before they book anything. Whether you’re estimating expenses, tracking your spending, or looking for real venue pricing, Tulle Together’s tools provide a transparent approach to wedding budgeting—so you can plan confidently and avoid unexpected surprises. Final Thoughts

Couples are drawn to Commodore Perry Estate for its romantic charm, lush gardens, and refined culinary experience rooted in local Texas heritage. It’s ideal for those planning a full-service, elevated wedding with a strong design and hospitality focus.

That said, this is a high-end venue with premium pricing—best suited for couples with a larger budget or those planning a multi-day celebration. Planning here is streamlined, but couples must hire a professional wedding planner and account for extra costs like valet and weather backups.

Just be sure to get a clear breakdown of what’s included in each package—and budget for the “extras” like taxes, rentals, and gratuities. Touring the space and speaking with the team is the best way to determine if it’s the right fit for your wedding vision and budget.
