In addition to the facility fee, Biltmore House & Gardens requires a minimum food and beverage spend of $70,000. This amount applies to all food and drink consumed during your wedding event and is separate from the facility rental.

This minimum includes:

• Passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour (typically three selections)
• A display station of cheeses, fruit, and antipasto
• Your choice of a plated dinner, buffet, or food station-style reception
• Up to 5 hours of open bar service, with a full selection of premium liquor, Biltmore wines, beer, soft drinks, and bottled water
• A custom wedding cake, designed with your choice of cake flavor, filling, and icing
• A sparkling toast for all guests
• Coffee and hot tea service

Per-Person Pricing

• $375 per adult (age 21 and over)
• $325 per guest ages 10–20 (same meal, no alcohol)
