Ceremony & Reception Costs at Avenir

Couples can exchange vows either outdoors overlooking a lush wooded area or indoors in a sophisticated ceremony room—ideal for weather flexibility. The cocktail hour is typically held on the indoor terrace, leading into the expansive main ballroom for dinner and dancing. Thanks to customizable curtain systems and dramatic lighting, the space easily adapts to different group sizes and styles.

Venue Rental Fees

Venue rental fees at Avenir are tied to season and day of the week, and typically depend on meeting a food & beverage minimum. Here’s what to expect for a Saturday evening wedding:

A ceremony fee of $1,500 also applies if you plan to marry onsite.

What’s Included in the Venue Fee

Your rental at Avenir includes a list of amenities and services:

  • Personal Event Producer and onsite Event Manager
  • Private wedding suite
  • Landscaped grounds and photo ops
  • Tables, chairs, linens, and table numbers
  • Bartenders based on guest count
  • Complimentary food tasting for the couple
  • Champagne in the suite and a champagne toast for guests
  • Four passed hors d’oeuvres and one stationary display
  • Signature salad, entrée service, wedding cake cutting (no fee), and coffee/tea

What’s not included:

  • Custom decor, DJ/band, photography, floral, and most rentals beyond house inventory

Catering Fees

Avenir’s catering is exclusively in-house through Saphire Event Group. According to their pricing PDF, there appears to be a $2,500 flat fee to host cocktail hour, in addition to the cost of your entrée prices, which range from $85 to $124+ per guest, depending on selection and upgrades. Packages include hors d’oeuvres, salad, dinner, cake service, and more.

  • Kids’ meals are $40, and vendor meals are $50

Bar options: A full open bar (4.5 hours) is $55/person. Signature cocktails, wine upgrades, and bar stations (martini, mojito, bubbly) are available. Guest-paid bar and consumption-based pricing is also offered.
