Ceremony & Reception Costs at Perona Farms
Perona Farms has three main event spaces, each with its own style and maximum guest count:
- The Barn (up to 200 guests): A modern rustic space, known for its affordability among the three.
- The Refinery (up to 170 guests): An industrial-chic venue with year-round comfort.
- The Reserve (up to 275 guests): A more expansive space suited for large weddings.
All venues offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options and are fully climate-controlled for year-round celebrations.
Venue Fees
TAt Perona Farms, there are no separate site fees. Instead, they operate on all-inclusive per-person pricing that bundles food, beverage, and full service:
- Pricing ranges from $180 per guest (Winter Thursday) to $305 per guest (Fall Saturday).
- The Barn offers the most cost-effective option—up to $15 less per guest than the other two venues.
While Perona Farms does not charge a separate site fee, they do have a guest count minimums—which can significantly impact your total budget.
- For weekend weddings, the typical minimum is 100–150 guests, depending on the day and season.
- For Monday–Thursday weddings, the minimum drops to 50–100 guests—making weekday dates a great option for smaller weddings or tighter budgets.
- If you’re planning a wedding with around 100 guests or fewer, Perona Farms recommends considering a weekday date to better align with their minimums and avoid paying for unfilled guest slots.
Minimums matter because you’ll be charged the per-person rate based on your actual guest count or the minimum—whichever is higher. So if the minimum is 125 guests and you invite 100, you would still pay for the equivalent of 125 guests.
What’s Included in the Venue Fee
Perona Farms offers a truly all-inclusive package. Here’s what’s covered:
- Premium open bar
- Full-service catering with seasonal menus
- Access to on-site greenhouse ingredients
- Tables, chairs, linens, flatware, and glassware
- Setup and cleanup
- Dedicated service team
What’s not included: Additional rentals for design upgrades, entertainment, photography, or floral/decor services.
Food & Beverage Costs
Food and beverage costs are included in the per-person pricing detailed in the previous section. This makes budgeting more predictable, as you’re not adding catering costs separately. The in-house culinary team prepares seasonal menus. Alcohol is covered under the premium open bar—no need to bring your own or arrange outside bartending.
You should also plan on paying an additional 23% service charge and New Jersey sales tax.
How much could your total wedding cost be if you got married at Perona Farms?
Using the pricing details in the PDF, we put together some high level quotes using Tulle’s Venue Calculator tool. This tool allows you to put in the most common elements of venue pricing PDFs to figure out the actual total without having to build a complex spreadsheet.
For a Fall Saturday, you could expect to pay $49,000 for 125 guests. If you book during the off-season or have less guests, this total could be significantly cheaper.

When you factor in everything — from venue fees to vendor costs — Tulle Together’s Cost Forecast Tool projects that the total budget of wedding at Perona Farms could land around $100,000, depending on your guest count (this estimates a 125 person guest count on a peak-season Saturday), design scope, and other vendor selections. This estimate factors in a range of typical wedding expenses beyond the venue & catering itself, helping couples get a realistic view of what their wedding might actually cost before making any commitments. Of course, someone could spend more or less than this (especially if you go with off-season pricing and less guests!) – but it’s an average estimate for what that total wedding cost could look like.

The Cost Forecast Tool is just one of Tulle Together’s budgeting resources. On the website, you’ll find a variety of budget tools designed to help couples plan out their total wedding costs before they book anything. Whether you’re estimating expenses, tracking your spending, or looking for real venue pricing, Tulle Together’s tools provide a transparent approach to wedding budgeting—so you can plan confidently and avoid unexpected surprises. Couples love Perona Farms for its seamless experience, beautiful grounds, and transparent pricing. With no site fees and an all-inclusive model, it simplifies planning while offering flexibility across styles and budgets.
That said, be sure to factor in guest minimums (especially if you’re under 100 guests) and service charges when building your budget. We recommend scheduling a tour to see each venue in person—and asking about weekday options if you’re aiming for a more intimate celebration.
