Food & Beverage Costs
The pricing PDF doesn’t list food & beverage costs explicitly. Couples must choose from The Mason’s preferred catering list, which includes some of Dallas’s best caterers (CN Catering, Vestals Catering, Culinary Art Catering, and more). These vendors typically operate on the higher end of the Dallas market and include linens, dishware, staff, and rentals in their packages. As for the bar packages, all alcoholic beverages must be provided through The Mason’s exclusive bar partner, Mama’s Medicine, known for custom cocktail menus and elevated mixology.
While Dallas catering can range widely (from $30–$70 per person for mid-tier service), The Mason’s preferred list is best compared to the upper tier of local catering, potentially around $75–$125 per guest including bar service. For a wedding of 150 guests, that means budgeting $11,250–$18,750 for food and beverages.
How much could your total wedding cost be if you got married at The Mason?
Using the pricing details in the PDF, we put together some high level quotes using Tulle’s Venue Calculator tool. This tool allows you to put in the most common elements of venue pricing PDFs to figure out the actual total without having to build a complex spreadsheet.
For a peak season Saturday, you could expect to pay $31,000 for 150 guests. If you book during the off-season, this total could be significantly cheaper.

When you factor in everything — from venue fees to vendor costs — Tulle Together’s Cost Forecast Tool projects that the total budget of wedding at The Mason could land close to $70,000, depending on your guest count (this estimates a 150 person guest count on a peak-season Saturday), design scope, and other vendor selections. This estimate factors in a range of typical wedding expenses beyond the venue & catering itself, helping couples get a realistic view of what their wedding might actually cost before making any commitments. Of course, someone could spend more or less than this (especially if you go with off-season pricing and less guests!) – but it’s an average estimate for what that total wedding cost could look like.

The Cost Forecast Tool is just one of Tulle Together’s budgeting resources. On the website, you’ll find a variety of budget tools designed to help couples plan out their total wedding costs before they book anything. Couples are drawn to The Mason Dallas for its timeless design, built-in elegance, and downtown accessibility. That said, couples should plan for higher catering and bar costs, since both must be sourced through the venue’s exclusive partners. A professional planner is also required, which can add to your budget but also ensures a smoother planning process. But if you’re looking for a venue that’s effortlessly chic and full of history, The Mason Dallas is well worth a tour. Just remember to budget for the full scope of wedding expenses—not just the rental fee.
